   For many years these United States has focused on the cultivation of a  "Coalition Of A Better America". Republican Thomas Ridge was governor of Pennsylvania in 1995 to 2001. In this time frame these states of the United States escalated a fictious "drug war". On the East Coast the states of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York and Connecticut, my home state, instigated a "killing spree" to "free America" from  "the unwanted". This "killing spree" ended in Pennsylvania with the shooting of a mother of two children. A youth was mistakenly shot in the head in New York. These deaths could not be affiliated with drugs. Courts were enshrouded with police events that did not acclimate the crime. "The Unwanted" sequence was eliminated. The recent "killings" committed by the "Brotherhood of Police" that have occurred in 2010 to 2013 have been ruled "justified" in criminal courts.

  

  All workers for all their years of labor have been recorded by "Personal Departments" that filtered their attitude and their personality traits into "Human Resources" networking. Workers, like myself, recognized the " influence of character " enthroned in the recorded habits of workers with their major concerns of attitude, with their concerns of discipline, their major concerns toward obedience and their respectful regard for superiority. The current manipulation of international conglomerate enterprises, the obedience and patriotic attitude toward servitude, the sacrificial intent of the human spirit  to perform with out question and other necessities of information that award "secretive services" the personal data that offer a "personalized character account" to ensure "conformity to regulations".
