The United States had allowed India a three billion dollar job program (jobs for war program?) prior to this Pakistan request. Non-recognition, by a sub valued foreign nation India, would re-evaluate the status of India a 'friendly nation' to a lesser profiled 'unfriendly' nation'. A 'sub valued foreign nation' is a true value statement verified with recent American attacks on Manmohan Singh's ability to retain his post as prime minister of India.

What reference has Pox America to global possession introduced? 'Our' American government has established its intent pronouncing non-recognition to the society it governs and nations that will not obey the dictation necessary for its monetary growth. Our news media purposely reported incomplete information of a major concern on budget expenditure that should be rendered to us, our governments tax payer, concerning  purpose of payment , to whom the cost is paid and most concern is the legitimacy of sponsorship in regard to 'kick backs' received and purposely not acknowledged. Our political atmosphere presently circumference federal, state and municipal employees, our political atmosphere presently circumference unionized labor and the attack supported on wage earners with government and management policies strengthens my belief in our governments intent to satisfy the needs necessary for its' monetary growth withstanding civil needs of its' electorate.
