    This article hopefully highlights the American governments inability to achieve peaceful solutions and its privilege to war against countries to attain political privileges and economic richness. The American civil society has not graduated in two hundred years. Do Americans care to know the governing policies of foreign nations? American has one government for control of its population. Tribal countries give more representation to their societies; each tribe has its own governing society. The present government of Libya will not be reinstated. The peoples of Libya will be reduced to our lifestyle of bankruptcy. Presently true arab nations attain nationalistic economic policies enforcing the income of their resources to benefit their civil society. American government capitalistic goals are isolated from the American civilian society.   
   The U.N.S.C. resolution 1973 2011 allowing the bombing of Libya was not presented to the American senate or congress. Neither the senate or congress appealed to the president of the U.S. to vote on this resolution. No senator or congressional representative ever stated they opposed the arab invasion and the Libyan invasion and bombing. The government of the U.S. exceeds the authority of all governments and governing institutions which President Bush insured with the Iraqi War - Desert Storm.
