China's gleaming ghost cities draw neither jobs or people.
   --This topic presented to the American Public by the American News Media to orchestrate 'Propaganda' on policies
of foreign nations 'Highlights' incomplete data purposely omitted to enthrall condemnation of foreign government policies.
Years have passed when China was critically embroiled with unemployment and industrial demand. China, a nation with
its population of two billion, reconciled to its 'Need' for a 'Birth Control Program' to off set a population growth, a 
growth 'Suffocating' China's economic growth, a growth consumed to satisfy the 'Needs' of the Chinese Civilian Society.
These 'Needs' can not be 'Respected Or Appreciated' in the realm of the American Civilian Society. The American Civilian
Society 'Never' attained an 'Economic Growth' provided by 'It's American Government'. The American Government
'Will Never Provide An Economic Growth' for the American Civilian Society!
