We might live in a world coloured by shades of grey, where almost every moral assertion is debatable, but it's worth bearing in mind that the Tehran junta fixes elections, persecutes religious minorities and murders homosexuals; it funds utterly bonkers extremist groups such as Hamas and Hezbollah and various organisations responsible for mass murder in Iraq; it has murdered over 300 dissidents on European soil; it spreads anti-Semitic poison around the world; most troubling of all, it is embarking on a nuclear weapons programme that will allow it to bully its neighbours with impunity (incidentally its neighbours, in private, are happy for Israel to have such weapons).
