Washington, the American Government, does not recognize poverty in America. Poverty in America is a tax asset, a boon, to the American civil elite capitalist societies and the American political elite capitalist societies that benefit form their thousands of tax dollars in donations to poverty from their income tax. The benefit the American elite wealthy capitalist societies receive from their tax deductions from their poverty donations greatly reduces their yearly taxable tax rate per-cent. The American elite capitalist societies have this economic privilege and it must be emphasized; the American low economic earning civilian societies have the equal privilege of poverty donations for their yearly tax deduction. The difference must be recognized and appreciated with regard to the economic guide published yearly in the government income tax booklet that categorizes, assesses, each earned income bracket. The American elite capitalist societies pay approximately 13%, thirteen per-cent, and possibly less in taxes than the lower economic wage earners. This difference in this 'tax gap' incurs a higher tax on the lowest wage earner with no benefit of relief to the wage earners for their federal income tax payment and it must also be emphasized in reality to life needs, the taxes paid by the lower income wage earners payees for the life needs of the American civil and political elite capitalist societies.
