There are no Syrian civilian societies and there are no Syrian political societies that will endorse or approve the policies to replace the civil principles, economic principles and the Islam Religious Creed that have been established, respected and honored in the nation of Syria for the last fifty years.
Syrians would not fight foreign military invaders if the populous of the Syrian civilian society and if the Syrian Armed Forces desired to oust the Syrian government. Libyans would not battle foreign invaders for want of government change. These wars have introduced exceeding terrorist act that have been committed by the invading forces. Syrians are not killing Syrians. Libyans did not kill Libyans. The American government, French government and British government are the antagonist and the perpetrators of terrorist of all wars in their crusade to establish a one world governmental society.
