Eliminate Prisoner Abuse

~This article is a reply Alphonse Ponzillo submitted to Press TV expressing his concern for " Prisoner Abuse ".
    Iran's Judiciary Chief Ayatollah Sadeq Amoli Larijani restricts the "Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad" from his request to "inspect" Tehran's Evin Prison. The "Independence" claimed by the Judiciary Chief to allow restrictions to prevent inspections of state facilities or nation...
al facilities implies a "corruption is prevalent". The Guardian Council can apply their interpretation of their Constitution to reject Federal Administration from prison facilities to insure crimes from prison doors remain confidential and protected. Most disturbing is Article 156 of the Iranian Constitution has no correlation of an Article to allow the admittance of Federal Investigation to captives in "prison confinements".
