 Benito Mussolini (1883-1945) over the course of his lifetime went from Socialism - he was editor of Avanti, a socialist newspaper - to the leadership of a new political movement called "fascism" [after "fascias", the symbol of bound sticks used a totem of power in ancient Rome].  (This "Symbol" was "Designed and Stamped" on the American Penny and the American Dime).  ...The Fascist State organizes the nation, but leaves a sufficient margin of liberty to the individual; the latter is deprived of all useless and possibly harmful freedom, but retains what is essential; the deciding power in this question cannot be the individual, but the State alone....

The Axis Powers lost World War ll. The socialist policies entrusted on the German Civilians and the Italian Civilians have never "Equaled" any nation. The nations of Germany and Italy "Exalted" The "Rights And Privileges Of Italian Females and German Females" in regard their pregnancies and the birth of a child was the "Ultimate Concern Of The State". Their was no neglect of a mother and child and their "No Cost For Care Was A Socialist Conception Sponsored By The State . The Male Youths, German and Italian, were disciplined to conform to stringent policies for their benefit of respect for a "Unified Patriotism" focused on the "Ability Of The Male Youth To Apply Uniform Standards Of Conduct For The Benefit Of Their Society.

   Our American Civilian Society has never fabricated a "Dimension" to appropriately sponsor a "Unified Character Of Achievements" for the "Alteration" for the "Incompatible Social Structure" or an "Incomplete Social Structure" that has "Fermented" from an segregation of "Family Ideals" to incorporate an isolation of "Youth Values". These "Social Values" and " Civil Reform" were prevalent in Germany and Italy in the 1930'S, years before the "War". This War was " Pronounced " on Germany by " The European Economic Policies " that " Drained " the German Economy  to a " Depression "! The European Nations were not " Revising " their economic policies and Germany resorted to War!

    Fascism, if studied in the definition explained above, has been the conclusive dominating capitalist chain of economical strengths that relies on " Imperialism " to complete the process of " Monetary Progress and Monetary Control ". The United States of America and The European Union have " Surpassed " their need for " Complacency! " Their

" Dependency " on " Property " is their " Ultimate Goal " for " Their Conquest Of Worldly Values ". There were grand militant societies, Egypt, Rome, Greece and others on the Asian Continent that " Devoted " their military power for  conquest to " Protect " their " Conquered Lands " from " Invaders ". This " Concept " does " Not Apply " to the United States or the European Union.
