#On March 23, protesters in the eastern city of Kharkiv declared independence from Kiev following a similar move by pro-Russians in the city of Donetsk earlier in the day.#

> Reaction is critical for The Russian Federation's economic stability and militant stability! The 'Cry For Russian Acceptance' in the eastern states of the Ukraine must not be 'Ignored'! This 'Ultimatium',  federalization, will not be accepted! The 'Refusal' of Russia to intercede will harbor a possible militant aggression and a definite economic aggression,(austerity), on Russian Civilian Societies! Militant occupancy will structure warfare installations to monitor American military supremacy! The 'Russian Mind' must develop 'A Militant Attitude' comparable to the aggressive 'American War Hawks'! Russia, must secure a vote for Luhansk, Kharkiv and other states seeking secession from The Ukraine and  'Allow "Them" Their Entrance Into The Russian Federation! The Ukraine must uphold 'A Dignified Integerity' to 'Contain The Morality' necessary for 'It's Freedom "From" Political Oppression, It's Freedom "From"  Economic Oppression And It's Freedom Freedom "From" Civil Oppression! 'The Presence Of "An Anarchist  Government" With Their Intent To Instigate "Hatred" To Provoke International Conflict For "Their Existence", That Government Must Be "Destroyed"!<
