Temp agencies are currently selling temp workers to defunct unionized labor industries for cheep labor prior to the elimination of these industries and to industries with strong production rates.Temp workers may be chosen by the industry as a permanent employee based on need and work performance. Temp agencies are registered with government sponsored agencies to record the person, the location, the industry, the earnings and the time of employment of each person to each industry. The Ukrainian society seeking employment for Ukrainians from their country may not be registered with a government sponsored agency and may not record information of the person but each person upon employment to work will relinquish all personal data necessary for employment. The Ukrainians in Pennsylvania in seeking to give an opportunity for a better life to their fellow countrymen may face American court prosecution for their ignorance of American standards. Hershey Chocolate of Hershey, Pennsylvania was aware of their injustice to foreign students and admitted to their fault and are excused from prosecution.
