India's retribution to this C.I.A. refusal was parleyed with the United States degrading India's prime minister and cleric for replacement with  pro-active western leadership. We know this strategy is paramount in the Arab Spring concert to invert Arabs and Muslims governments conquest to retain their policies and doctrine. The result of these political maneuvers if successful will attain the desired result possibly without military intervention. With this known to us, the depth of the civil and political transformation we imposed on these societies may initiate an alternate Al Qaeda or Taliban society complicating and expanding our militant and political objectives.

        The purpose of this expenditure of life and property, the cost and loss of all materials, overlaps the money goals obtained at the conclusion of the politic and militant excursion for all time. It is known economically this cost cannot be recovered. The cost is related to time of recuperation, increase cost in life, depreciation of money value, expansion for growth and various commodities necessary for business, industry and our life functions. Our 'life need to function' will never be

The Western Empires achievement to attain this globes assets will fracture all human value and and promote a human's loyalty and respect for his and her life to be used to promote and dominate the Western Empires growth for land ownership which is in progress with Israel's domination of Palestine land rights. This occurrence is the desire of the Western Empire to appropriate absolute taxation programs to all global civil inhabitance for absolute taxation dominant for its governing societies to promote their need for all foreign industrial conglomerates and foreign business conglomerates and for the Arab and Muslim societies to permit this taxation policy to be appropriated to the causes the Western Empire desires for its accumulation of money growth for the enhancement of mining, engineering, development and production the by products of tax labor not only for their loss recovery but to exclaim evidently they own this earths global possessions. Thus the Western Empire supersedes their benefit to attain their authority to maintain their global preference of geographical and political value of territories. They have formulated their growth of expansion for centuries before the time of Julius Caesar with oratory and editorial correspondence and a climatical upheaval of retaliatory progressions formulating their conquest for war.
