Defending and Defining Police Brutality

Years ago in Columbia, Penn. a young man was found hanging in his cell with a belt around his neck. This person was known to have mental disabilities. This prisoner, no prisoner, is not to have or provided to have properties in his possession that could cause self inflicted punishment or death. There were no tapes in the prison video cameras to provide factual occurrences. Court proceedings proved the possibility of police hanging this young man. No officer of the Columbia Police Dept. was accosted or penalized by the court. The court awarded the family a cash payment for their sons death.
The Lancaster County Prison reported their third death by suicide this year 2011 on Sept. 20, at 5:42PM.. Ronald A. Snyder, 26 years old, hung himself in the Lancaster County Prison. Mr. Snyder would stand trial for rape. Warden Vincent Guarini acknowledge that these deaths required an outside intelligence source to resolve these occurrences. Mary Steffy spokeswomen for ' Have a Heart in the Criminal Justice System ' claims " these people should be observed ". The death of retarded and mentally disturbed imprisoned men and women is considered to be related to a crime with no concern or consideration of the human . An officer will not seek mental protection for mental disparity to promote the cause of his ' Brotherhood ' seek and destroy. Living in a city, Lancaster, Penn., with a population of 59'322 our population of mentally handicapped and physically handicapped is an abounding figure which is not considered to be the cause of a criminal act. The true cause of this police brutality occurrence is the militant predominance acknowledge by American courts to address the crime and not address the human malfunction that committed the crime, which applies an unwanted medical cost to the community. The American courts will always defend police functions with indirect penalty and the same American court will define forgiveness with heartfelt gratuity.
