The " donation " of any "need "; Food, Clothing or Money to all civil needs; is a notice to all government. " We " who " Donate " will tell all governments that all needs of all civilian societies will be ' Sacrificed " by civilian tax payers earnings. Governments will be exempt from their responsibility to budget monies to support civil and social needs. The civilian tax payers will pay the tax and pay their tax increases to their governments. The payment of civilian taxes and the increase in civilian tax increases will go to the governments budget trustees and they will eliminate the taxes needed to support civil and social budget allotments. The " Free Donations " the taxpayer donates will be exempt from the cost of their federal governments.
