The United States could and will use chemical weapons in covert operations in any nation for their victory. Syria does not have the mass weaponry of the rebel forces supplied by England, France and the United States. The present strategy of the Western Empire is the depletion of Syrias' weapons for their victory. Syria has not received weapons from foreign nations and Syria is not a weapons manufacturer.
